UKCC Pricing

The UKCC qualifications are now underway at England Netball for level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications.

Here at England Netball we are doing all we can to help you develop your career within the sport by providing the best quality of coach education available. The level 1 courses have proved to be a great success with nearly all courses being fully booked.

We are doing our very best to keep the cost of our level 3 courses as low as possible.  However, with the high standard of venue we require to host our courses, this has had an impact on the course cost. England Netball are constantly looking for ways to access funding for participants to subsidise the challenging cost; currently England Netball is taking this role and continues to subsidise the cost of the delivery across the country as best as we can.

We acknowledge the costs are higher than the awards that have been delivered in the past. The reasons for this are the additional costs are as follows.

  • The Netball UKCC Level 1,2 and 3 are recognised qualifications that will sit on the National Qualifications Framework and be recognised as any other qualification at the appropriate levels.
  • The qualifications will meet the UKCC endorsed quality standard.
  • The qualifications have been designed to meet the needs of the coach and vitally the players at the appropriate level.
  • The length of the courses have increased by more than 100% to ensure we train our coaches effectively and offer better support.
  • The coach tutors, assessors and verifiers are fully trained and accredited to deliver the best quality course and learning environment.

Costs are fully inclusive of the following:

  • Tutor fees and expenses
  • Assessor fees and expenses
  • Verification costs
  • Coach resources
  • Coach registration and certification costs with the Awarding Body

Funding Support

Over the coming period, Netball will be working to identify and promote sources of funding to support coaches and coach managers to access funding to help with the costs of accessing Netball UKCC qualifications.
