The nine Regional League winners or nominees will contest play offs against the teams which finish in eighth, ninth and tenth positions in Premier Netball 2.  These 12 teams will be divided into three groups of four, with the three Premier Netball 2 teams spread across the groups.  The teams in each group will play off against each other over the course of a weekend at a single, central venue.  The three group winners will be promoted to/retain their place in Premier Netball 2.

Please note: YWCA Bury and Seatonians will not be participating in the play offs competition, therefore for all scheduled matches involving these teams, the points will be awarded to the opposing team.
